Elevating Diverse Voices in Business and Technology

More than 150 attended ETA’s first Women in Tech and AI Breakfast during Cincy AI Week sponsored by ADM, Narratize, and getWIT.

At the core of founding Enterprise Technology Association, each team member aligned around a shared vision to elevate diverse voices whenever possible in business and technology. ETA is itself a woman-owned business, with a woman at the helm as CEO.

So what does elevating diverse voices mean for ETA - an events and membership organization prioritizing technology education and capacity building? It means having people in leadership roles and on stage that don’t all look the same. Don’t all sound the same. And that don’t all have the same ideas. This means diversity of thought and opinions. This means better outcomes and opportunities for the people and communities we serve.

Leaning into this mission was made easier by key community partners, including getWIT, Women in AI, the 100’s of women who have participated in our Women in Tech and AI Breakfast Events that happen as a part of each AI Week.
