What it is

Ohio's statewide AI readiness program.

JobsOhio and the Enterprise Technology Association (ETA) are expanding AI Ready Ohio to fast-track workforce AI readiness across the state. It began as a pilot at Great Lakes AI Week and Future Tech Forum in 2025, expanded statewide in 2026 starting with Cincy AI Week, and is the first AI Ready State program. Join thousands of Ohioans on the AI journey.

Ohioans earn AI credentials in person at an Ohio AI Week or online, and Ohio organizations get coordinated guidance to move from interest to real AI implementation.

Three credential pathways

AI Explorer: foundational AI literacy for every professional
AI Empowered Professional: applied, role-based skills for practitioners
AI Empowered Leader: strategy and governance for leaders
