A listing goes public only after it passes every required check for its tier. Each tier includes all the checks below it, and every listing is reviewed again every 12 months.

Monitoring and removal
- ETA checks each listing's website and policy links regularly and follows up on broken or changed pages.
- Two unresolved member complaints, a failed re-review, or a lapsed insurance or security report hides a listing until it is fixed.
- A false claim, an undisclosed data incident or a federal exclusion removes the listing.
- Payment never changes how Intelliscope ranks or recommends solutions.
