Executive Assistant

Be the right hand to ETA's co-founders: run calendars, travel and follow-through so they can spend their time with members, partners and policymakers.

The role

ETA's co-founders work with business leaders, government officials and partners across the country, and they travel often. You keep their days running smoothly, make sure nothing falls through the cracks, and represent ETA with care in every email and call.

What you'll do

  • Manage calendars across time zones, scheduling meetings, calls and speaking engagements.
  • Triage email, draft replies, and follow up on commitments and open items.
  • Book and manage travel for events, partner visits and conferences.
  • Prepare briefings, agendas and materials for meetings, board sessions and events.
  • Take notes, track action items and make sure they get done.
  • Keep contacts and notes current in the CRM, and coordinate with the sales, events and programs teams.
  • Support VIP guests, speakers and partners at AI Week and US AI Congress.
  • Use AI tools every day to work faster, and help improve how the office runs.

What you'll bring

  • 3 or more years supporting a founder, CEO or senior executive.
  • Strong organization, sound judgment and discretion with confidential information.
  • Excellent writing and a professional, friendly manner.
  • Expert use of Google Workspace and comfort learning new tools quickly, including AI assistants.
  • Experience arranging complex travel and events.
  • Flexibility to support occasional early, late or event-day hours.
  • Willingness to travel to ETA events.

Compensation and benefits

Competitive base salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
